If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, items may be returned for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Conditions for Returns

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of dispatch of your order

• All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging

• Items must be returned:

  • Without perfume or deodorant smells

  • Without makeup or fake tan marks

As we value and respect our customers, DECÏSÏONS ensures that all returned items are carefully inspected upon arrival.

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty garment, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order so we can arrange a return or replacement.

Non-Eligible Returns

If returned garment(s) do not meet the conditions listed above, we reserve the right to reject the return.

Any item returned to us that:

• Has been worn

• Has been damaged

• Is not in its original condition

will not be eligible for a refund.

If a return is rejected, you will be offered the option to have the item returned to you. If we do not receive a response within 7 business days, the item will be donated.
